You no longer need several different suppliers to manage the UHV bakeout process. We now offer a total product range from extra robust Aluminum foil to complete heating tents that achieves the requirements for cleanroom and designed after your request. Naturally we also have very safe and reliable heater fans that are easy to mount and regulate for the right temperature.

Regardless the shapes on the components, we have a solution. The heating tents are totally adapted after the largest UHV-systems and delivered with an Aluminum frame while the projecting parts as e.g Transfer arms and Manipulator bellows effectively can be covered with heating jackets and/or heating tapes.
